You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As per Indian IT Rules, users are strictly prohibited from hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing, or sharing any information that:

• Is grossly harmful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• Contains software viruses, malware, or any computer code designed to interrupt or destroy the Platform's functionality.

• GST Compliance: All subscription packages and listing fees displayed on the Platform are subject to an 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.
• Pricing Revisions: Subscription charges and promotional schemes can be revised at any time without prior notice. Promotional schemes cannot be clubbed together.
• Refunds: Since our services are digital advertising/listing spaces, all subscription payments are non-refundable once the listing is activated, unless specifically stated otherwise or required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
