Q: What is All Equipment Rent? A: AllEquipmentRent.com is India's premier online marketplace for buying, selling, and renting heavy infrastructure and industrial equipment. You can easily find or post used and rental equipment for industries such as Construction, Earthmoving, Material Handling, Working at Height (Access), Road Construction, and Concrete, among others.

Q: How can I list my equipment for sale or rent? A: Listing is simple and user-friendly:

  1. Register an account with a valid email ID and mobile number.

  2. Select and purchase your desired Subscription Package (Sale or Rental).

  3. Navigate to My Equip on your dashboard.

  4. Click the "+" (Add Equipment) button, fill out your machine's details, and submit. Once approved by an admin, it will be live on the website!

Q: My equipment's Category, Brand, or Model is not listed. What should I do? A: If your specific machine is missing from our dropdowns, simply use our Inquiry Form at https://www.allequipmentrent.com/inquiryform.php or WhatsApp us at +91 94094 48074. We will add the missing specifications to the system for you.

 

Q: What payment modes are available for paid Subscriptions? A: We offer seamless mobile payments! You can pay instantly using our UPI Portal which supports Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and WhatsApp Pay. You can also copy our UPI ID (allequipmentrent@icici) to pay directly from your native banking app. After making the payment, simply submit your 12-digit UTR/Reference number on the screen for quick approval.

Q: My rented equipment is currently on hire. Should I delete the listing? A: No, there is no need to delete it! Simply go to My Equip, find the machine, and click the Availability toggle to turn it "Off" (Deactivate). It will be temporarily hidden from the public. Once the machine is free again, just click to turn it "On" (Reactivate). You do not need to fill out all the details again!

Q: Where can I find the message history received from customers? A: All inquiries are sent directly to your registered email address. Additionally, you can view your complete chat and message history by logging in and clicking the "Msg" icon on your User Dashboard.

Q: How can I receive the latest updates via WhatsApp? A: Because we send updates using WhatsApp Broadcasts, you must save our number +91 94094 48074 in your mobile contacts to receive them. Once saved, click here https://goo.gl/QaYR3w or send us a quick "Hi" to be added to the broadcast list.

Q: How can I share my listed equipment with my contacts? A: Go to My Equip and click the "Share" link next to your equipment. A menu will pop up allowing you to instantly share a direct link to your machine via WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, or copy the link to paste onto Instagram.

Q: How do I search for a desired model? A: On the Main page, choose the Rent or Buy tab. Select your Category, then start typing your desired model into the search bar (it will start auto-populating). Select it and click Search. If you do not find the exact machine, similar alternative machines will populate at the bottom.

Q: How do I use the Advance Search? A: On the Home page, click the Advance Search tab. Use the left-hand sidebar to filter exactly what you need: Choose the Type (Rent/Sale), select your Category, pick a Brand, and narrow it down by Model or Location. (Note: On mobile devices, simply click the "Search / Filter Equipments" button to expand these options).

Q: What is the "Chat Now" button on the equipment listing? A: The Chat Now button allows buyers to initiate a live conversation with the seller. A buyer provides their Name, Email, and Mobile number, which instantly sends an email alert to the seller. As soon as the seller logs in and comes online, the Chat Now tab turns green, and live webchat begins. This feature works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile!

Q: I received an email for a "Webchat", what is it for? A: This means a potential customer is currently viewing your listing and wants to talk to you! Simply log into your Allequipmentrent account immediately to start a live chat with them.

Q: How can I subscribe to the Newsletter? A: Just above the "Top Brands" section on our Home page, there is a field where you can enter your email address to subscribe to our latest updates and offers.

Q: What is the GST charged on Subscriptions? A: As per prevailing government rules, an 18% GST is charged on all subscription packages. Our system will automatically calculate and display the base price plus GST before you pay.
