â— How can I list my product ?
By very Simple and user-friendly register yourself with valid email ID and Cell number, select your subscription type, go to my equipment, list your product.
â— My Category, Brand, Model is not listed, what to do?
You can use Inquiry form and send your request at https://www.allequipmentrent.com/inquiryform.php
â— What are the payment mode for paid Subscriptions?
Following Payment modes are available as on date, if you are making payment don’t forget to send the screenshot to our WhatsApp number (9409448074) with your details.

â— I have listed equipment on rent, now machine is not free, should I delete the equipment ?
Not required just go to my equipment, on availability column just deactivate the equipment and once it is free or ready to rent, just reactivate it again just by clicking it again. No need to fill all the detail again and listing it again, so simple.
â— Where I can find the messages History received by customers ?
In your login in my messages this history can be found.
â— I would like to get latest updates by WhatsApp, how to get ?

â— How can I share my listed equipment to my contacts?
you can share the Link of your listed equipment by email, WhatsApp, Facebook,LinkedIn, Google plus or Twitterfrom My Equipment.
â— How to find the desired model ?
on Main page choose Rent or Buy Tab => Select Category => In search bar type your needed model (it will start auto populating), select the desired one and click search. If you do not find the desired machine similar machines will also populate on bottom. Still if you not find the desired model you can fill up the inquiry form and we shall get back to you with desired Category/Brand/Model.
â— How to use Advance Search ?
On Home page just below search tab, advance search tab needs to be clicked => On LH Side following Search bar will come, from Type choose Rent, sale or both as needed => Choose or search the category you need => choose or search the Brand if you wish => choose or search the Model if you have any preference and so on. You can search in between too with just the few parameters.
â— What is Chat now Button on Equipment listing ?
In Details of Equipment listing, Chat now as shown below, you can contact the seller by providing Name, Email and Mobile number, email will immediately go to seller that Mr. xyz is interested in live chat. As soon as seller comes online the Chat now tab will become green and you can chat online. This is possible through Cellphone too for both Seller and Buyer.
â— I have received email for webchat, what is it for ?
when someone wants to chat online with you, you will receive this email, just login in to your account and do live chat with your customer.
â— How can I subscribe for Newsletter ?
Just above the Top Brands Tab, there is provision to give email ID for interested one to add his/her email ID for latest updates.

â— What is the GST charged on Subscription ?
18% as per latest Rules, how ever can change as per prevailing rules.
